Janice is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Delaware, who graduated from Widener University where she received her Master's degree in Social Work.
In the course of her career, she provided short term psychiatric and behavioral crisis intervention; and has worked in schools and community settings providing therapy and conducting assessment.
Janice’s approach is a combination of person- centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused therapies geared at meeting the client where they are in their therapeutic journey. She believes it is necessary to see the client as a whole and not just their concerning issues. Janice views therapy as collaborative process, and prides herself on providing a safe and comfortable environment and welcomes you in taking this journey together.
Her area of mental health expertise include, but not limited to, individuals dealing with daily life stressors, concerns about life transitions, depression, anxiety, improving communication skills, and conflict resolution. She wants to help you transform your life in order to be more fulfilled..

Terry Channel

Terry Channel is a Master’s Level Social Worker and proud graduate of Delaware State University, where she earned her Master’s in Social Work. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Terry has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, and families across diverse settings—including homes, schools, and community spaces.
Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting support, self-esteem, codependency, stress, impulsivity, and behavioral issues. She also supports individuals navigating men’s and women’s issues, crisis intervention, career shifts, and personal growth journeys.
Terry is known for her warm, collaborative, and holistic counseling style. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with modern, mindful approaches—tailored to each client’s unique needs and comfort level. Her goal is always to help clients connect more deeply with themselves, heal from within, and step into their most empowered life.
Terry’s passion for mental health wellness naturally expanded into a love for self-care, mindfulness, and soul-led personal development. She brings her heart, humor, and deep presence into every session—creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and safe to grow.

Roberta Johnson
MSW
Roberta is a Licensed Master Level Social Worker, who has graduated from Widener University with a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW). She also received a Masters degree in Administration of Justice: Criminal Behavior from Wilmington University. In addition to social work practice, Roberta has obtained licenses/certifications in financial social work and chemical dependency through the State of Delaware.
Over the course of seventeen years, Roberta’s professional experience range from providing therapeutic services that involve criminal behaviors, mental health disorders, trauma, crisis intervention, financial management and substance use. Roberta works with children, adolescents, adults and families.
Roberta’s therapeutic approach is a blend of but not limited to narrative, solution- focused, trauma-focused, systems and cognitive behavioral therapies. Her belief is to evaluate the entire situation to address the identified issues and bring forth solutions. Also, stressing the importance of meeting the client where they are to successfully navigate through the identified issue.
Roberta's goal as a clinician is to guide her clients through a time in their lives that assistance is need and provide a calm, open minded space for the client to express themselves and grow as a person.

Dr. Nickisha Lingham, Phd
LMSW
Dr. Nickisha Lingham dedicated over two decades of her life to serving individuals within the human services field. Her career journey began in Philadelphia Pa in 1995 at a residential treatment facility for individuals with visual impairments, marking the start of her lifelong
commitment to be an effective change agent. Throughout her career, Dr. Lingham has worked in a variety of settings, including residential, outpatient, and department of correction facilities, providing mental health services to individuals across a wide age range—from as young as four years old to individuals over 80 y/o.
Dr. Lingham earned her Doctorate in Social Science from Wilmington University. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor for the state of Delaware. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Lingham is well-versed in addressing a diverse array of mental health concerns.
Dr. Lingham believes that therapy can lead to holistic peace—an outcome that she sees as both priceless and achievable. Her approach to therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. Dr. Lingham's passion for helping others achieve personal growth and healing drives her to continue making a profound impact on the lives of those she serves.
